A 24/7 concierge model, so support is always on the floor
Support in this building runs on a 24/7 concierge model. Every floor has a support worker on it, in their own room, on call at any hour. If you need a hand at two in the afternoon or two in the morning, someone is already there.
The point of it is independence. The support is close by so you can do more for yourself, not less, and how much of it you use is up to you. As your confidence grows, the arrangement can change with you.
How SDA works in this home
Your SDA funding covers the apartment itself. Your day-to-day support is funded separately through the support budget in your plan, and Resilient Life Care delivers that support, including active overnight support.
